BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) & 3D CONSTRUCTION MODELING SERVICES

Echo Pacific Construction has established Building Information Modeling processes to improve project outcomes. Our collaboration with design consultants, subcontractors, software providers, and industry organizations allows us to integrate the most current digital modeling technologies and associated optimized work flows into our projects. We utilize 3D construction modeling and BIM to support project estimates, evaluate site logistics, animate project schedules, visualize specific construction work, and clash detect building systems. This virtual construction analysis allows us to provide project input earlier than with traditional methods. As a result we can identify conflicts and recommend alternatives while the cost benefits to the project can still be realized.

Prior to the commitment of implementing BIM it is critical for an owner to understand the intent of the use of the system on the project and evaluate:

The project size
The work already in progress by the design team
The type of construction project
The schedule
The real costs associated this process prior to the planning stage

When properly applied to the right projects at the right time BIM can reduce costs and shorten construction schedules.

Echo Pacific’s experienced staff utilize top of the line technology to give clients the best service possible. One of the most important ways to do this is by evaluating the efficiency of a project. We have established Building Information Modeling (BIM) to improve project outcomes by evaluating the costs, schedule, and size of projects. We are able to use 3D construction modeling to visualize project elements for better project optimization. Echo Pacific provides services in areas such as San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside County, San Jose, Fresno, and Orange County.
