The Project consists of modernization of existing facilities, construction of new facilities, relocation of existing relocatable classroom buildings, and associated site work. Eight existing permanent one-story buildings are to be modernized. The permanent buildings house administration facilities, classrooms, food service facilities, a library, a multipurpose room, and restrooms. The new facilities comprise a one-story shower/locker room building and a restroom building. Six existing relocatable classroom buildings are to be relocated on site. Associate site work will include, but not be limited to, a new transformer, new switchgear, new underground utilities, new ramps and stairs, new paving, and new fencing. Demolition, including hazardous material abatement, is included in the project. |
