PROJECT DESCRIPTION


The modernization of the school campus encompassed the demolition of six permanent buildings, four portable buildings, all infrastructure, hardscape, softscape and two buildings that were torn down to studs and modernized. The new campus now consists of seven new permanent buildings, a complete remodel of the two existing buildings and thirty new portable classroom buildings along with a completely new infrastructure, a new play field and two new playgrounds. The project also represented the first of its kind mentorship program between a General Contractor and active military personnel, USMC Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB-13), in San Diego County.
