PROJECT DESCRIPTION

All classrooms of this school were modernized which included insulation, electrical/low voltage upgrades, drywall, paint interior/exterior, tackable wall surfaces, casework, stucco, HVAC units, carpet and vinyl flooring, audio/visual equipment; doors, frames and hardware. New construction included a Multi-Purpose Building with an attached kitchen and two kindergarten classrooms. The existing MPR building was also converted into the new office spaces. Site work included a new playground structure with synthetic turf, underground utilities, ball-wall courts, asphalt and playground striping.
