PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consisted of modernization of eight existing one-story facilities, construction of new facilities, relocation of existing relocatable classroom buildings, and site work. The permanent buildings house administration facilities, classrooms, food service facilities, a library, a multi-purpose room, and restrooms. The new facilities comprise a one-story shower/locker room building and a restroom building. Six existing relocatable classroom buildings were relocated. Associate site work included a new transformer, new switchgear, new underground utilities, new ramps and stairs, new paving, and new fencing. Demolition, including hazardous material abatement, was also included in the project.
