PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This new school consists of 6 new buildings which includes new administration, new kitchen, new library and 36 classrooms totaling 63000 sq. ft.; complete site grading; utility infrastructure with city tie-ins, outdoor amphitheater and a multi-use artificial turf field. Sustainable features include drought tolerant landscaping and irrigation piped for future reclaimed water. New playgrounds for both kindergarten and elementary students were erected; structure steel cover walks; a central plant with four pipe system for HVAC; top-of-the-line technology with smart boards; a new parking lot and site lighting. Echo Pacific received the 2008 ABC Excellence in Construction Award on this project.
