PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Community #10 represents the first successful Lease-LeaseBack project for the Orange County Department of Education. The construction of five buildings on ten acres of hardscape included sport courts, agricultural study areas, a dry stream bed, and a native plant species area. Math, science and english classrooms were fitted with the latest technology systems. Social Studies and skills classes integrated vocational training areas. The site location required caissons to anchor the foundations to bed rock.
