PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A year round schedule made modernization on the Abraxas High School a challenge. Underground utilities for the new 10,000 sq, ft. two story arts and science buildings had to be dug, laid and buried in sections throughout the campus during off hours. Modernizing 2 at a time, the 12 other buildings totaling 19,993 sq. ft. included removal and replacement of HVAC systems, ceilings and floors. New tackwall, data devices and casework were installed. A 2,160 sq. ft. hexagon shade shelter and lunch kiosk completed the quad.
